Semi-Private Personal Training
Need a little more guidance, accountability, or confidence before jumping into larger classes? Our semi-private personal training provides customized workouts tailored to your goals and needs, all within a supportive small group of no more than 4 people. You’ll get more individualized coaching while still enjoying the motivation and community of training alongside others.
Open Gym
Need more flexibility in your schedule or prefer to train on your own? Our FIT AF option gives you access to the facility outside of scheduled class times so you can complete your own workouts, practice skills, or get extra training in at your convenience. Perfect for experienced athletes, supplemental training, or anyone looking for more freedom in their fitness routine.
