Squat. Bench. Deadlift.

But you know us, we had to add a little AF twist!

Join us November 21st. for the Iron Showdown, the Big 3, AF style! With men and women’s open divisions we are bringing lifters together for a day of competition, community and a few twists along the way.

Be sure to follow us on social media as we reveal the twists and the local businesses helping to make it happen!
